The project will feature four temporary exhibitions in Uganda and Switzerland. The Uganda National Museum (UNM) and Igongo Cultural Institute (ICI) will each host one exhibition on the theme of Traditional Medicine in Transition, exploring both Uganda’s and Switzerland’s perspectives. The University of Zurich will organize two separate exhibitions, each focusing on the transition of Traditional Medicine within the contexts of Uganda and Switzerland.

Additionally, two mobile museum exhibitions will travel across different regions, aiming to share knowledge with communities, particularly in primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, as well as local communities at each stop. The exhibitions will incorporate texts, images, physical objects, and audiovisual materials, along with QR codes. Furthermore, it is planned that UNM and ICI will establish well-designed medicinal herbal gardens for public interaction and educational purposes.
